Intec Private Equity takes direct shareholdings in small and midsize private or public companies with high yield opportunities. The CEO of Intec operates as an active inestor in whatever role supports best- as an operating manager, a board member, a member of the supervisory board or as a management consultant.

All targets were in a special and challenging situation at the time Intec invested:

• a division manager of a large industrial group initiated a small MBO, Intec contributed equity and management support

• a startup looked for financing and management support, Intec invested in equity and helped the company to establish and grow

• a troubled large group of companies disintegrated and Intec organized MBO and took over 9 companies together with other financial investors and started major restructuring

• a group of companies faced with the risk to file for insovency, Intec and other investors took over a package from financial investors and subsequently organized turn around

Exit takes place whenever the investment target of growth and/or restructuring is achieved between 3 to 10 years.
